Meeting Minutes 08-04-2025
Please find the minutes from the April meeting here. Attended virtually by Persimmon (James Mulhearn) and FirstPort (Emma Offei).
All current issues were updated at this meeting with the relevant information contained within these minutes and action to follow where appropriate.
Once again thanks to all who attended the meeting, and to those that acknowledged they would not be able to attend in advance. Particular thanks as previous to Emma for taking notes and reviewing these minutes.
The next meeting is 7:30pm on Tuesday 8th of July 2025. The meeting will be the downstairs Lions Den function room at the Rugby Club, unless it is being used by the Rugby Club. If it is we will be in the upstairs meeting room or main bar.
The July meeting will also be our AGM, so as detailed in the minutes this will be the time that roles on the committee can change, others can be nominated, and existing roles ended. If you would like to be involved or nominate yourself or others, please let us know. We will also use this as an oppotunity to review our constitution.
