Meeting Minutes 08-07-2025

Current issues were updated at this meeting with the relevant information contained within these minutes and action to follow where appropriate.
FirstPort were not in attendance but there has been further communication contained, additional updates have also been received which the Committee will be looking at. Updates provided at the next meeting.
Persimmon have not been in contact since the April meeting. We are trying to get feedback on Anglia Water adoption and the recently planted tress and primary issues.
Once again thanks to all who attended the meeting, and to those that acknowledged they would not be able to attend in advance. Particular thanks as previous to Emma for taking notes and reviewing these minutes.
The next meeting is 7:30pm on Tuesday 14th of October 2025. The meeting will be the in downstairs Lions Den function room at the Rugby Club, unless it is being used by the Rugby Club or the upstairs meeting room is available. If not we will be in the main bar.
