Meeting Minutes 12-12-2023
Please find the minutes from the December meeting here. This meeting had representation attending from Cllr David Roberts of South Norfolk District Council & Wymondham Town Council. FirstPort apologised that they could not make it.
Persimmon failed to attend. Attendance from James Mulhearn and Michelle Baker was requested many weeks in advance, or other representation if they could not make it. James did contact a couple of hours before the meeting stating he had intended to attend but child care had failed him at the last minute.
All current issues were updated at this meeting with the relevant information contained within these minutes. This includes updates to all the issues we are still waiting for Persimmon to complete with the responses from James sent at the beginning of December and the points we have raised in reply. Our aim now is to have an onsite meeting with James, Michelle, and FirstPort sometime in January with the hope of finally having a confirmed timetable of when work will be completed.
Thanks to all who attended the meeting, and to those who acknowledged they would not be able to attend in advance. Particular thanks to Ellie for taking notes, reviewing, and editing these minutes.
The next meeting will be Tuesday 12th March at 7:30 pm. It will be held in the Rugby Club upstairs meeting room unless it is in use by the Rugby Club, in which case we will use tables in the bar area.
