Meeting Minutes 13-01-2026

Current issues were updated at this meeting with the relevant information contained within these minutes and action to follow where appropriate. In addition on the 14th January Kevin met with Emma Offei (FirstPort) onsite with Lewis (Tree surgeon for CPC), Jake and Adam (both CPC). This was to discuss quotations for work in the woodland, information on that is detailed in these minutes too.
Since writing these minutes the brick services structure alongside Briggs Mead has been removed by Persimmon’s contractor. We have also had confirmation that the work to make the trees safe in the woodland will start on Monday 9th January, so please be aware that some areas of the woodland will have restricted access whilst the work is completed.
Persimmon have provided no further update on Anglia Water adoption despite being asked three times since the last update in August. This is now our primary concern, it is now 4 years since the final house was completed on this site. In addition the new development of 110 houses, once built, will also be feeding into our unadopted infrastructure.
