Meeting Minutes 14-10-2025

Current issues were updated at this meeting with the relevant information contained within these minutes and action to follow where appropriate.
Emma from FirstPort was in attendance (virtually) and all issues were addressed. We will be pushing to advance these points forward and will provide updates at the next meeting or by email where appropriate.
Some feedback has been received from Persimmon regarding Anglia Water adoption and the recently planted trees. Other issues still remain unanswered.
As always thanks to all who attended the meeting, and to those that acknowledged they would not be able to attend in advance. Also thanks as always to Emma for taking notes and reviewing these minutes.
The next meeting is 7:30pm on Tuesday 13th of January 2026. Meetings will be held in one of the four locations at Wymondham Rugby Club. Downstairs Mane Study or Lions’ Den Function Room, Upstairs Red Lion Meeting Room or Main Bar. Ask at the upstairs bar on the day if you are unsure where we are.
