Meeting Minutes 20-09-2022
Many thanks those who attended the September meeting. Here are the minutes from the meeting detailing what was discussed including the Rugby Club Fireworks in November with the usual update on Persimmon, and FirstPort issues. In addition, there are responses to questions put to FirstPort which were received after the meeting. Also included are details from an onsite meeting we attended with Persimmon and FirstPort representatives to discuss the adoption and what still needs to be done to outstanding communal areas of the development. This relates to some of the points in our list of Persimmon questions also included.
Big thanks go to Ellie for taking and writing up these meeting notes. The next one is at the beginning of December which is also our AGM. The meeting will be held in the Rugby Club upstairs meeting room unless notified otherwise. Please feel free to join us. Please also spread the word to residents who have not already joined, even if they just want to receive these emails. Any Phase 2 resident can join through the website form on www.bgp2ra.uk
As part of the committee process, we need to ask and make sure that anyone who wants to be part of the committee has the ability to join. This would usually happen at the AGM along with any changes to appointed roles and resignations. If you would like to be part of the general committee and attend our meetings regularly then please let us know. Likewise, if you want to put yourself or anyone forward for appointed roles on the committee.
