We are a group of Beckets Grove Phase 2 residents acting together as a Resident Association. Our website address is: https://bgp2ra.uk.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect your details through our “Join the Residents Association” contact form on the homepage. Your address is to establish you are a Phase 2 resident, your email and contact number (if provided) is to include you on Resident Association news and activities.

Our “Contact Us” contact form also collects your name and email address combined with a message.

The data you provide is stored securely on on the associated Gmail email account only. This will only be accessed and used by those acting on behalf of the Residents Association to pass on news and information. Any details used from it for future meeting and Resident Association purposes will not be stored elsewhere and if list copies are used for meeting purposes they will be destroyed afterwards.

Embedded content from other websites and links to other sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We will hold your data for as long as you wish to be a part of the residents association. If you ask to be removed for any reason then all of your data will be deleted.
