Service Charge Accounts 2020

The 2020 service charge shoes what has been spent where by FirstPort compared to their estimate for 20209. This information is just as important, if not more so, than the estimates received at the beginning of the year.

Page 6 of the service charge accounts document details the actual spend alongside the estimate for 2020. There was an excess of funds as there were for 2019. This has resulted in a credit being applied to everybodies FirstPort account and will be shown as a credit against our bills for 2022.
