Service Charge Accounts 2021

The 2021 service charge accounts show what has been spent where by FirstPort compared to their estimate for 2021. This information actually details what we were charged for.

Page 5&6 of the service charge accounts document details the actual spend alongside the estimate for 2021. There was an excess of funds as there were for previous years and after months of chasing we have finally received it. This has resulted in a credit being applied to everyones FirstPort account and will be shown as a credit against your bills for 2023 or if you have already paid there will be a credit on your account ahead of the 2024 estimates at the end of the year.

We will be pushing to have 2022 account finalised before the end of the year, from whihc there should be another credit.
