Service Charge Accounts 2022

The 2022 service charge accounts show what has been spent where by FirstPort compared to their estimate for 2022. This information actually details what we were charged.

Page 5&6 of the service charge accounts document details the actual spend alongside the estimate for 2022. There was an excess of funds that we received a credit for in November 2023.

We are now pushing to have 2023 account finalised before the end of the year, from which there should be another credit.
