Service Charge Accounts 2023

The 2023 service charge accounts show what has been spent where by FirstPort compared to their estimate for 2023. This information actually details what we were charged.

Page 5&6 of the service charge accounts document details the actual spend alongside the estimate for 2023. There was an excess of funds that we will receive a credit for, this will be applied as a payment to the 2025 charges.

We will have the same situation again for 2024 so we will start to push for accounts to be finalised before the end of the year, from which there should be another credit.
