Service Charge Estimate 2022

The time has arrived for FirstPort’s annual festive gift for us all, the Service Charge Estimates for 2022. Below is a copy for reference. A credit should have been applied to all individual accounts  following the underspend declared on 2020 accounts due to the limited areas FirstPort have adopted.

There are a few items that the Committee intends to question with FirstPort. Specifically the increases in Garden Maintenance which has increased by over 27% each year for the last two years. Also what areas of Private Drains are the responsibility of the Management Company and why that is four times more for 2022 than 2021. Details of these questions and any answers received will be included in the meeting notes following the March meeting.
