Service Charge Estimate 2025
We have received the Management Charge Estimates for 2025.
At the end of 2024 we also received a credit from the 2023 accounts. Following the credit there has been an estimated charge applied for 2025. This is per property for the estate charges alone (see below) , those with apartment and courtyard charges will be more on top of this. There has been a slight increase from the 2024 estimate which was £184.70 per property, for 2025 it is £194.50 per property. This is before the 2023 credit is removed.
