Service Charge Estimate 2026
We have received the Management Charge Estimates for 2026.
At the end of 2025 we also received a credit from the 2024 accounts. Following the credit there has been an estimated charge applied for 2026. This is per property for the estate charges alone (see below) , those with apartment and courtyard charges will be more on top of this. There has been an increase from the 2025 estimate which was £194.50 per property, for 2026 it is £229.73 per property. Included within the 2026 amount is additional charges for woodland tree work following the 2025 survey, bramble and hedgle line clearance, alomng with tree and hedge planting that will only be applied this year. This amount is also before the 2024 credit has been removed.
